Connection Methods

1. Connect the red clip to the positive (+) battery terminal and the blackclip to the negative (-) battery terminal, then the unit will automatically power up and be ready to test.

2. lf you are testing the battery in a vehicle, do not insert the key or leave it in the OFF position. Make sure all electrical equipment and doors are closed.

Tip: lf the battery voltage is below 7V, the device will not work properly.

There are two modes of battery testing quick test and standard test.

lf the battery type is not known Please select Quick Test (the test value may deviate slightly fromthe standard test result).

Standard Test

Select [Standard Test] and press OK, choose in-vehicle or out-of-vehi-cle according to the situation, select the standard test, select the corre-sponding battery mode according to the type of battery, and operate according to the prompts to analyze the health status of the battery.

Quick Test

Select [Quick Test]and press Ok, according to the prompts, you can quickly test the health status of the battery by pressing Ok.

Batteries For Locomotives

Enter [Motorcycle Test], select [Motorcycle], use the up and down keys to select the corresponding battery parameter, and then press OK to quickly test the battery life of the locomotive, if you can’t find the corresponding battery model in the [Motorcycle] option, you can select[Other Categories, and enter the corresponding CCA for testing.

Load Test

Select [Load Test] and press Ok, according to the prompts, you canquickly check the battery voltage status.

Start Test

Select [Start Test] and press Ok, start the engine according to theprompts, wait for the equipment to analyze after starting, you can viewthe current battery start test results.

Charge Test

Select [Charge] and press Ok, operate according to the prompts andpress OK, and you can test the car charging system according to theprompts.

Help

Go to [Help], the tester displays the battery table, which can be viewedby pressing the up and down keys to page through.

Shortcut Key

Press the [F1]key in the main menu screen to quickly view the lastbattery diagnostic results.

Press the [V] key in the main menu screen to quickly view the battery

voltage status.

Languages

Select [Set Up] function, press OK button to enter, select [Languagelmode, select the desired language, press OK button to confrm.

Update

You can consult with your agent to check the latest software version andask your dealer for an upgrade tool to complete the upgrade.
