PRUVEEO J30 Mirror Dash Cam had be upgraded in November 2023, and the new J30 power interface will be Type-C.Please search for Acc hard wire kit and purchase it. If you have purchased J30 products before October 2023, please purchase the USB hardware kit.
Please use the original car charger.Its charging current is 3A. If the old charger is not 3A(Include other brands of OBD power cords), it may restart frequently, or it doesn’t work properly.
We Recommend: Samsung Pro Endurance Class 10, U3 Speed Micro SD Card.
Please DON’T USE any “Samsung EVO Select”, “Samsung PRO Plus 128GB”, “SanDisk Ultra” or other “Generic Class 10” Cards from third-party sellers. They are NOT made for 3 mirror channel recording dash cam.
Before using the memory card, please format the memory card. Format Performing this operation will format the memory card, clearing it of all files. 1. Tap the record video icon to stop the device from recording first 2. Tap the setting menu icon to access settings 3. Scroll up or down on the screen to navigate to “Format” option 4. Tap to view the current selection 5. Tap OK to format the card 6. Tap the icon to exit.
