2. What are the differences between “Tuya” and “iCam365” items? How to choose?
A1:”Tuya” itmes are 2MP (1920*1080P) resolutions, “iCam365” items are 3MP (2304×1296 Pixels) resolutions.
A2:Tuya supports more network companies’ networks;
Tuya support 30-days cycle storage of cloud image message,
iCam365 support 30-days cycle storage ;
iCam365 can record offline, Tuya support on above 9.0.6 version;
iCam365 can customize the recording time: 20s-40s-60s, Tuya cannot adjust the recording time,only at 15 seconds;
iCam365 card videoes can be playback on app and on computer, Tuya only can playback on app.

3. The doorbell must work with 2.4G WIFI of router, can’t work with 5G WIFI, if your router has both 2.4G and 5G, please close the 5G firstly then connect it to the APP,
after success, you can open the 5G WiFi for normal use, thanks!!
4. The doorbell is suitable for: 40-120mm thickness of door, peephole is 16-50mm, and the cable installation length is 11cm.
Not suitable to: double doors, doors with small windows or steel mesh, soft-packed doors, doors without peepholes (need to drill a peephole by yourself)

A1:No, can not.
YCC365 plus items: only support “icam365” app, can not use other app.
Tuya items: can not use YCC365 plus app, but tuay iems also can use “Smart Life” app.
Q2.What is the different between icam365 items and Tuya items? How to choose?
A2:Tuya supports more network companies’ networks.
icam365 does not support few small network companies with restricted ports, which will lead device connect to the APP failed, you can contact us to test your IP in advance;

Q3.What battery is used in the doorbell? How long is the standy time?
A3: Built-in lithium 5000mAh battery and easy charge by USB 5V 1A;
standy time 3 months (PIR alarm is not turned on),
After the PIR alarm is turned on, the battery can only last about 600 times at most, the usetime is about 20~30 days normally.
Q4. I bought TF card with doorbell, but I did not find the TF card?
A4: TF card is sticked on the side of doorbell box, please kindly check and find it.
A4: For 15 seconds video recording, it’s about 14300 records, which can be used for 715 days according to 20 records per day
Automatic overwrite when TF card is full, or format the card in the APP
